Main Points of Terms & Conditions

      (full conditions of agreement will be provided on completion of Licence Agreement)

• Storer owns or is authorised to store the goods
• Storage fees must be paid in advance and on time
• If you fail to comply with the conditions of this agreement selfstoragesolutions will have certain rights which include forfeiture of your deposit and the right to seize and sell and or / dispose of your goods
• Storer must secure the unit
• Storer must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful, explosive goods or live animals.
• Storer must check the unit is suitable for storing the goods. 
• selfstoragesolutions liability for loss and damage to goods is limited to £100
• Goods are stored solely at your own risk. You must take out insurance cover.
• Storer must not cause a nuisance to anyone on site
• 7 days notice must be given for termination of the Licence agreement
• All damage is chargeable
• Do not leave rubbish in unit, cleaning is chargeable
• No alteration should be made internally or externally to the unit
• Your deposit will be returned 21 days after the termination date subject to any deductions for cleaning / damage etc.
